From the Menu heading above, Click on "About Our Club". Scroll down to "Club Forms For Download" Then select Membership Forms Ladies or Gents and print. Your form must be signed by 2 existing members of the club..1 as a Proposer and 2 as the Seconder. Please pay particular attention to the "Current/Previous/Society Playing history" section. The completed form can then be submitted to the club by placing it in the Competition Cards box which is located in the locker room next to the computer and marked for the attention of "Honorary Secretary".
